Inspired by
Black Oystercatchers I watched earlier this week in California, here is the latest I and the Bird (#96). Just like an oystercatcher, you're gonna have to hunt for the juicy bird blog posts. Click on an oyster or starfish image to see what you can find. There's plenty of great meat to be had, and even some pearls. But you're gonna have to work for them! Have fun!
The next I and the Bird will be hosted by

I LOVE this! What a great idea! I'll have fun hunting through the oysters for those juicy nuggets.
What a rich and fun version! Thanks!
Very clever and creative. Thanks for making me a starfish!
Awesome idea Rob! I love it! Thanks for all the effort and creativity... and for including "Dreambirding". ;)
This is great! And fun! Looking forward to the feast :-)
Nicely done. I love this idea.
A diabolically fun I and the Bird! Can't wait to dig in!
Senor Fergus e el Rei do Carnaval!!
Dude, you can put me under an oyster shell any time. This Rawks.
Any oystercatchers find the secret hidden post yet? :-)
What a delight! I am forwarding your blog to birdwatchers where I live . . . you have provided links to a veritable treasure trove of friends of featheredfriends.
Is the secret hidden post the Egret's Nest post at the bottom of the second set of oysters? It looks like a bum link to me. ; )
Great edition, I'm sorry I missed it.
You found it Nate, and thanks for the headsup I fixed the Blogger generated bogus code so the link now works. Thanks!
Rob - this is intense! I found the hidden-though-broken link (saw that Nate got it, too), and many posts that I'm glad I "uncovered."
I haven't come across my submission yet, this is a very tricky (and clever) IATB!

What a cool presentation!
I am kicking myself for not being able to make it to this IATB.
