That looks like a good idea. I'd like to see other states follow suit.
I recieved mine about 2 weeks ago and placed it on my camera rig. The $20 is being put to good use and is a good way for birders to help in the protection and for habitat of our wild birds.I am willing to bet that other states will follow.
